A short drive from Barooga down some quiet country roads through wineries, farmland and Murray pine forest will get you to Langi-oonah homestead beside the Murray River . This is where Louise and Luke held their wedding ceremony and celebrated their reception.
Some words from the bride
“We had a joint ceremony/reception at Langi Oonah homestead in Barooga NSW. When we were scouting locations we fell in love with the beautiful gardens with the backdrop of the Murray River. We had a marquee for the reception but as the ceremony was outside we had been checking the weather for weeks before the day! It turned out to be a beautiful day. The flies seemed to enjoy the day too! For both of us the whole day was fantastic. A few of the things we loved the most was the feedback we received from the guests and that the hard work we had done had paid off. Seeing each other at the ceremony was a very emotional and happy time.We had a great time having our photos taken and we had a great bridal party so there was plenty of laughs… and a few tears! It was than great to head off to Namale Resort and spa in Fiji to unwind for 8 days. It was a fully inclusive resort so plenty of food and drinks were consumed! It was nice to relax on the beach or chill in our plunge pool. We loved all the activities like snorkelling, horse riding and even ten pin bowling. We had an amazing time.”
The bridal party will understand this photo 🙂
