It has been so lovely to make new friends with this beautiful Nepalese family and also have time to take some photos with Buddha and his family before returning to Pokhara, Nepal. Buddha and Saraswoti came to Shepparton for the birth of their grand-daughter Ivy. They were in Shepparton when the earthquake struck Nepal. We were blessed to meet each other when we joined together to do a Fundraiser for Nepal. We aimed to raise $10,000 but have exceeded $20,000 collecting donations and holding a concert with many different multicultural groups in Shepparton coming together to perform plus also family activities, an auction and candlelight ceremony.
