Planting time at Katamatite Garlic

Lisa and phoned said, “It’s planting time” so I went out to photograph again at Katamatite Garlic and we had a wonderful afternoon together.
It was amazing seeing the mandala gardens almost in reverse. Where last time I was there – in October, it was weeds now it was being planted with garlic. The last time I was there was harvest time. I love how permaculture gardens work and the rotation of the mandala beds. Grahame as usual was a wealth of information and it was great to have my daughter Jamile with me as she too is very interested in this system.
You can learn more about how to plant garlic on May 29th. Follow to this link to find out more or visit their facebook page.
Or go for a visit another time. It’s a wonderful place to buy garlic, garlic products or to stop for awhile. You’ll find Grahame and Lisa at 1307 Chapel Rd, Katamatite VIC

Let’s take another walk with Grahame ….
